It is great to hear you enjoyed interacting with Members. However, we're sorry to hear you felt the facilities need renovation and that compensation didn't meet your expectations. We take great pride in our facilities and their upkeep and we encourage any current team member who may share similar questions or concerns to share their feedback with their direct supervisor so that we may address them. Thank you for being a part of our team!
Strong work-life balance compared to public accounting. Leadership is supportive and approachable. The work is meaningful and provides exposure to ASC 740, multi-entity tax provision work, and corporate tax compliance. Employees are generally encouraged to collaborate and help each other succeed.
Cons
Compensation growth may lag behind opportunities available in some areas of public accounting. Advancement opportunities can be limited due to a relatively lean tax department structure. Some processes remain heavily dependent on spreadsheets and manual workflows, which can create inefficiencies during busy periods.
