Nice colleagues and supervisors, the back office is really helpful and working hard on the problems every day.
Cons
The development depends on the position you are in. Some people goes up very rapidly, other territories allow little if no possibility.The company has bought up and merged with a dozen firms in the last few years, so it is hard to keep up with the changes in the sales policy.(and everything, really)
