Terrible company - Senior Director Invivyd Employee Review

Agile, passionate employees who work incredibly hard to find a solution for COVID. It's very fast paced and I enjoy the challenge of helping society "get back to normal" after a very disruptive pandemic. All employees are remote but have the opportunity to gather with colleagues at company meetings or regional get-togethers.

It's not a con, but you have to be willing to work hard, roll up your sleeves and want to make a difference.

Salary. They will pay well if they like you. Fast paced environment for most departments.

Everything else. No culture, leadership speaks poorly of staff behind closed doors, mental health, management, lack of ceo. It may look like a shiny toy…
