Pros
There aren't any pros now as they've taken away all the perks they used to give, no gym fund, no personal development fund and many other stuff. Salary is lower than the market. They know their way around these negative reviews as they make their employees to give a good rating so people can trust them blindly.
Cons
Micromanagement: The worst kind of micromanagement in Lahore, they will use a fresh resource and make him do their repetitive work till he is fed up and sees no growth and learning curve in job over here. CEO's weird taste and behavior: He pokes his nose too much in the stuff he doesn't understand. Keep on asking for justifications and try to get his own way. Objecting on things for no reason. Poor quality managers; that think they own the resources as a slave after they are aligned with them. No job security: Everyone is scared over here that they may get fired at even a day's notice. Worst thing is that they will fire you right before the increment month which means you can't go somewhere else with your demand that would have been better if you had stayed there for a month and then they fire you out of nowhere. Save yourself from this company! Family Politics: CEO's first wife is COO and then he married a girl from his own company that is like 10 years younger than him. He is trying his best to bring her to a management position by removing his own brother out of the way. His brother was CTO here. This company is falling apart as Head of Legal has left, many good project managers have left, too much going on here and on top of that layoffs, they are firing on average of 20 people every month and total strength is reduced to 280, number of people connected with the company on LinkedIn are a lie. You can see 40+ members are open to work. Scamming: They use so many profiles like Devsinc and use shadow resources mean face is introduced of someone else and the resource that's working on the project is a different person with different voice they never go over a video call I know that because I've been in multiple calls like that and worked on many projects later to discover that this is a scammer company.
