Pros
Fun, exciting, get-out-of-bed-in-the-morning engineering work. Great location in the middle of The Woodlands. Good salary and get to do cool work right out of school.
Cons
Raises and bonuses are few and far between. Most engineers leave for salary reasons. Minimal project management leads to never-ending scope creep.
