      Flexible and they are growing.

      Cons

      Management has their favorites No true process wrapped around decisions Rather than optimizing code they just stood up new hardware Odd environment in Brownsville where you work in a historical house that belongs to an "owner". Just stay away!

      Most communicative company I've worked at. Clear direction and open to feedback. Growth oriented and rewards high performers. ELT and SLT have created a culture that values employees.

      Cons

      You need to be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to challenging yourself.
