Pros
Never in my 10 years working as a developer have I had the pleasure of working with such a talented and amazing team. The people at Invoke are career driven individuals who place a lot of value in culture and a good work-life balance. Many of us do activities together outside of work such as hiking, biking, running, yoga, group lunches, and the occasional party on Fridays. The office vibe is pretty casual and informal which I find really appealing. You are often given a lot of liberty to accomplish your work when and how you see fit which really compliments the creative environment. We get to work on some really interesting and innovative projects here which is both challenging and exciting! Invoke really advocates personal development and has a reward program for accomplishing goals you set for yourself. Invoke is successful because they invest in their employees and foster their growth.
Cons
Hmmmm.. I would be hard pressed the find negative things to say if I'm honest. Usually as projects come to an end, there is a surge of last minute work met with deadlines. This can be more demanding and stressful than usual to finish on time. I think everyone can benefit from better time management.
