It's a seed-level startup while I was at the company, which creates a ton of opportunity to expand and build your skillset. Because of the intensity associated with high growth the company is constantly evolving creating opportunities for me to wear multiple hats in order to create the most impact in the company. The people are great - humor is encouraged in the office and everyone enjoys a laugh while we have complimentary lunch. Very work hard, play hard and I've enjoyed my time here immensely.

The only thing constant is change - this is very true for any company, but at a startup it's expected. If your one to struggle with change or lack adaptability I'd recommend finding alternative opportunities.

Gaurav Bhattacharya, CEO, is a true visionary. He comes in the office every day with an infectious energy and promotes an open environment were eveyone's opinion is listened too. Saumya Bhatnagar, CTO, is a wizard at code! She loves feedback on the product and is always head down making the user experience the best it can be. I cannot say enough about her dedication to her craft. Gilberto Valzania, Head of Growth uses his passion and knowledge of marketing to create the best campaigns around. He loves dialog and is always looking to make them better. I cannot say enough about the team here, they want you to grow personally and professionally. They create an environment through their own natural work ethic of doing your best everyday. It is a great company to work for!

There are no downsides as of now.
