Love it - Recruitment Consultant Involved Solutions Employee Review

There is nothing positive about working here. Worst company I’ve ever worked at.

1. Worked here during COVID, was made to come in the office every single day even though there were government restrictions in place, told to lie and say we were key workers if stopped by police and then the whole office came down with covid at Christmas. 2. Made to put out false job adverts, lie to people and force them into giving you references all to help build the CEOs database, one he’d taken from a previous company anyway. 3. If you dare to leave the office when your working hours stopped, you’ll have constant comments made at you, he also has a consultant in the office that will text him and tell him what time you left if he isn’t there. 4. Will literally watch your every move - call times are sent round every hour of the day including your dials, leads you’ve bullied candidates for and your search history looked at. 5. Will aim to steal your LinkedIn profile off you so that he can look like he has more employees than they actually do 6. Even lies to clients, website makes it look like there are multiple offices when in fact there’s about 3 people in a tiny office 7. Will only hire impressionable grads who don’t know any better and give them a terrible experience of working in recruitment 8. Staff retention is non-existent

Great company, always looks after the staff and supported us through Covid and other difficult times.

No cons, great people and a great company.
