Great place for people who want to learn and grow. There's never a dearth of opportunities here for people who are self-starters. You get a chance to work with teammates across the globe, experiment, & really contribute toward a larger goal. The CEO, senior management, and all members really are extremely helpful and supportive of the initiatives you take and your growth as well. Yes, and the work hours are flexible which helps you have a good work-life balance.
Cons
Might not be for someone who wants a very social work life, given that we have smaller teams scattered globally & in different time zones. Not a con but more like a challenge - work is fast-paced, priorities change quick so you need to adapt quick, but that's probably true for most startups or young companies today.
