Which as a new employee is an amazing learning opportunity. *It's a forward thinking company and uses cutting edge technologies and tools. *Working hours are flexible allows me to balance responsibilities at home and the work commitments. *Recruitment is given hard focus on keeping the values and principles of the company in mind this is to bring in the right people . *The CEO, Ari is supportive and open. He is genuinely interested in progress of projects and his employees. He has an enthusiastic and optimistic lookout towards any situation. *From the team Member to the CEO - Everyone are motivated, helpful, kind and caring. They are skilled and have can-do attitude while tackling any issues. The communication channel is flat and transparent. *Its not all work though. Every Friday the team lunch helps us stay connected in the remote work condition.
Cons
Tight deadlines may change the direction of the priorities. At times you may get caught up with the stuff. I believe it's not a con for everyone.
