Cons
Shift-based work for 24/7 coverage with no direct pattern means, with no preference for a particular shift time provided, you may end up on a week of late, weekend-covering shifts into a week of early morning covering shifts. Because the team is a little barebones the training was pretty slapdash and didn't cover everything I'd like, and there were times I was left to effectively cover a line by just taking messages for issues I couldn't resolve myself. Arguably, there really should be a couple more staff members on the support desk than there were. The only company members down in the south are the technical support team, the main office is up in Manchester and because of this it feels pretty disconnected and isolating from the rest of the business.,
