Pros
You genuinely get to build. The company moves quickly, and if you’re hungry to learn and take ownership, you’ll thrive. Leadership is accessible you’re not buried under layers of hierarchy — and there’s a real sense of mission around changing how car ownership works in this region. A lot of freedom to run with ideas, test, fail, and iterate. Cross-functional squads mean you’re exposed to how different parts of the business work, which makes the learning curve steep (in a good way).
Cons
The pace can burn you out if you’re not careful. Structure is still evolving, and not everything is always crystal clear you have to be okay with ambiguity and willing to figure things out on the fly. Not the place for someone looking for a traditional 9–5 or a super-polished corporate setup.
