A true collaborative environment. Every person in the company has something of value to contribute. Even better, their encouraged to develop. Being a small startup you do wear a lot of hats but that brings a challenge you'd have trouble finding in more established companies. Inzata knows where it wants to go and everyone is striving to make it a reality. Fantastic development team, management, marketing's, technical and sales.
Cons
With any start-up a solid vision is key. Putting that vision into a concise plan is difficult. Some days you can feel like you've gone a dozens steps in the right direction only to feel the next day it was for nought. A critique not so much on the company of it's leadership but on start-ups as a whole. You, as the employee, have as much to gain from success as any others. Don't let the, few, setbacks detract from the successes.
