      Pros

      Steady paycheck and basic benefits were provided on time. It was a learning experience, just not the kind I was expecting. Exposure to certain tools/technologies. (Because Management doesn't have a clue how it works ;) )

      Cons

      Onboarding felt rushed and disorganized, only to be followed by sudden downsizing. Poor leadership transparency Short-sighted management decisions Lack of strategic workforce planning—hiring without a clear long-term need led to unnecessary layoffs.

      Pros

      - Easy to not do much work because leadership in marketing doesn’t know what they’re doing - Low expectations - get your experience within 2 years and apply somewhere else. Don’t get stuck here otherwise it’s career suicide - basic high school reporting, you can micro retire here while working

      Cons

      - No growth, false promises just to keep you where you are until they find a replacement for you - Your years of experience at ipex doesn’t matter, if you speak up for what’s right you’ll get fired with no reason (happened to many of my colleagues who were amazing at what they do) - only if you’re related to someone in leadership can you grow in your role
