Pros
When I first started at IriusRisk there were definitely some growing pains. A lot of changes very quickly, lack of quality leadership in North America, processes needed some work, toxic HR, etc. I've been at the company for over 2 years now and Stephen has completely turned this organization into something I truly believe in and am so happy to be apart of. I've never worked for a company where you can have a personal relationship with the CEO and find them deeply inspiring. The leadership team across the board is incredible. I feel supported in my role, my opinions are valued, and everything this company does it to feed the success of everyone working hard here. The mission is clear and I'm surrounded by intelligent people that work hard to make that mission come true.
Cons
Nothing big that I can think of. Its a start up so there are of course some growing pains sometimes and its a challenging market to sell in but leadership does a great job pivoting and considering new ideas to help the team keep progressing forward.
