If you want to work at a fast-moving tech startup, this is a fantastic choice! The small team of people (around 10) at IronCore Labs is massively competent, incredibly invested, and cared for my needs. They are all very interesting and fun to talk to: make sure to get to know them! I also learned a huge amount here, as they have an emphasis on learning and giving/taking feedback. You'll always be working on something that is relevant to the company, and you will always know what direction the company is heading in and how your work is relevant. The company is very flexible, and your opinion is heard and taken into account during meetings. The work-life balance is kept well here. I was 95% free outside of normal working hours. Possibility to work remote.
