Pros
First year was fantastic, family vibe and company cared about their employees. Progression was encouraged within the company and talents were nourished in the beginning.
Cons
Change in management caused the company to look at employees as purely numbers. False promises for progression to stop people from leaving, overworked and underpaid. Simple things such as not being timed when going to the toilet shown as “improvement” when this should of been the case to begin with!
