Being able to work from home and the new hours.
Cons
Management, a director and the MD! Bonus at end of year is around £200 used to be £1000 so you can see from that drop how poor the buisness is doing. No communication, development is questionable, to many managers looking busy doing nothing. High amount of redundancies over the last 18 months! Sales going backwards Toxic environment
