Pros

-Can be a nice working environment -Overall positive customer interactions -Staff discount/ allowances

Cons

-It is run like a start up -No HR, no kind of support even when there should be -Both physical and mental health completely ignored and borderline guilt tripping for having any kind of problems -Serious issues of sexual misconduct and safety ignored - Expectation to constantly go above and beyond all of the time for minimum wage pay -Awful organisation and management overall -Not appreciated or looked after by the company, and no accountability for that -Terrible working culture and attitudes throughout -I am certain there is something dodgy going on within the inner workings of this company. I’m surprised that there haven’t been legal repercussions, if there haven’t been already. No idea how it is still going -Racist, transphobic, fatphobic undertones behind the scenes of what looks like an inclusive brand on the outside

Pros

Not any pros to mention, unfortunately.

Cons

I provided social media services for this company. My invoices remained unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms despite repeated reminders. Payment was only made after I commenced legal proceedings. Really disappointing.

Pros

The staff - The retail staff employed are almost always colourful, passionate and kind individuals. They make the business what it is and are truly the only reason it was bearable.

Cons

Everything else - The pay - It is just not worth it for the amount of work and termoil in the roles. Almost all areas of the company are underpaid and to call the pay a ‘living wage’ is a joke. The morals - Having worked there for a fair amount of time I came to find that this ‘inclusive’ business was pretty much the exact opposite. Inside the company people were not treated with the respect and care they deserved as well as some incredibly awful things being said which contradicts everything the brand is meant to represent. The quality - For a ‘designer’ brand it really is shocking just how little manufacturing care goes into the products. There are almost always issues with specific shoes and bags as well as manual repairs having to be made IN STORE by staff. It is outrageous with the amount charged for these shoes when they are clearly not worth even half that on average. This brand clearly does not care about the well-being of staff members and or the mental health which leads me to say - DO NOT be fooled by the exterior. It is not worth it by far.
