Getting to work on large, impactful projects on a wide range of topics and with many different types of clients from around the world. I appreciate the respect and genuine decency shown by everyone on the team. Regular check-ins mean my professional needs are still being met, even though the work is completely remote. I feel supported and encouraged, even on topics well outside my area of expertise!

Work load fluctuates considerably, but that's typical if most Consulting. Management is aware of the challenges and actively works to balance workload
