Cons

I also wrote a review on Google's reviews, but want to normalize it a bit here. I worked as a programmer for nearly 2 years. In the beginning everything was going great and got to work on an older codebase and create projects and fix bugs. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and always helped with any questions. Sadly, a meeting from 2 weeks happened, and the CEO came out of left field and was denigrating towards me for no reason. Such a huge punch in the stomach. I've been nothing but nice to him since day one and always treated him and the company with respect. I was never working another job (overemployed stuff) or asked for a raise. After, the motivation to continue to code went to zero. Which is sad, because the motivation was driven by helping out and doing what the CEO wanted, that felt satisfying. The lead devs have a vast knowledge of networking and programming, and they didn't force any languages or frameworks to use. Which was awesome. One of my projects was a campaign tool and I got to see it in action with real data, which felt incredible. Fixing bugs reported by co-workers and seeing how they felt appreciated felt good too. That's what programming is all about, and IsoFusion allowed that to happen. The job was a 5/5 until just a few weeks ago. Not like it matters, but 4/5 is probably a fair rating because the co-workers made up for the CEO's actions.. Make sure your body is covered with GRE tunnel infused bubble wrap that's behind 100 reverse proxies when talking to the boss.
