      Pros

      Flexible working practices for a good work/life balance Friendly company, considerate attitude towards employees and contractors Combines friendly, supportive attitude with a high level of competence and professional approach to work Good salary/compensation High calibre of colleagues High rate employee retention. Nearly half of the staff have stayed with the company for over ten years The business continues to invest in its future and has a clear direction and vision for itself and clients Amazing office space

      Pros

      Excellent knowledge within the team, very friendly people and the remote-first culture really shines. Extremely highly-skilled staff and lots of space to upskill. CEO and other teams are also open to communicating and sharing ideas. Lots of forward thinking. Decent salary (but only just!). Bonus schemes are just about acceptable. Pension is relatively good.

      Cons

      Product-owners / leaders are overworked, and some use workflows / technologies / ideas which are out-dated and inefficient. Most of the employees are extremely senior, but there appears to have been a string of new starters suffering from visibility. Often, completed work sits rotting in review stages, with arguments from managers/owners killing all forward momentum. This means lots of wasted effort and dead productivity, reflecting unfairly on individuals.

      Great work life balance, super flexible in terms of working hours.

      Cons

      It's not a fast-paced environment - so if that's what you want this is probably not the place for you.
