Great individuals Lots to learn if you're interested in Atlassian

Cons

"People first" mentality that isn't true - everyone is a number. Multiple layoffs in the last 9 months. Business is working hard to get back on track but they have a long road to go with a tough market. Minimal opportunity for growth
