Pros

None. I can't think of even 1 pro

Cons

What should I begin with. Okay let's see 1. The so called CEO is by far the most horrifying person I have ever met. He is so disrespectful towards female employees (well male too) considering he has a daughter himself 2. The work culture is excruciatingly long and the Israni siblings have no concern about their employees lunch time or how tired they can be from being continuously shooting a 'wedding' 3. They provide salary in cash with no salary slip. Should have sensed there is something wrong with this company at the very beginning 4. The 'Israni Siblings' think that the employees are their slaves and they should be available at their services on all times. Again, they got zero respect for their employees. I wonder where they get this from 😂 I can add more points but I guess you get a gist about it Guys, better think twice before working here. It's better to be jobless rather than work for this company

Pros

I don't think there is any

Cons

Had a terrible interview experience. The company's director was completely unprofessional, spending the entire interview staring at my chest again and again to a point where I had to cover my chest (P.S- I was dressed formally in a shirt buttoned all the way until my neck and trpuser). The director's blatant disregard for professional boundaries and respect for women is a clear indication of a toxic work culture. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also creates a hostile work environment. Avoid this company at all costs.
