Business Outlook
Pros
The employees at IssueTrak make the company a great place to work. Peer support and cohesive team work are two big pluses. They do have the rare opportunity to move up but the management type postions are usually all that are available. People are respected and they really care on a personal level about their employees.
Cons
The culture is in the process of changing. At times it seems almost like a social experiment. I think it is at times too 'Facebook(ish)' or 'Google(ly)'. I personally do not aspire to work in a open office environment after having a private office for years. It is my commitment to the company that keeps my head in the game, although some days it is a real struggle.
