      Pros

      Relaxed dress code. Most middle management good. Co-workers are generally friendly. Some opportunity to cross over jobs.

      Cons

      Salary isn't competitive. New CEO is the owner's kid, he's a child, no management experience, wishywashy, micromanages, controlling, the list goes on. Thinks he's the next Steve Jobs. Be prepared to kiss his butt or kiss yourself goodbye. Company culture is a joke. The old director of development left because of issues with higher management, he was the best thing to happen to the place.

      Wonderful coworkers, Management actually believes in you and wants you to succeed, Small Business level care/camaraderie, Company culture is worth embracing, Issuetrak is a wonderful product.

      In office days can be loud.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between teams and everyone is willing to help out where ever it is needed. Generous benefits package. Flexible work arrangements. Training and growth in both areas specific to my job and in other areas that I am interested in are encouraged.

      Can't really think of any!
