Great environment to work for those who are looking to become experts in their craft. Need to be an aggressive, proactive go-getter to excel - not a place for those not willing to continuously learn and grow. Management allows for a lot of autonomy and provides work-life balance given the expectation that employees are consistently striving for greatness and going above and beyond.
Cons
Most of the team is located in LA but other team members are dispersed across the states. Not really a con (it's actually really nice to have the option to work remotely), but would be nice to have more full team meet-ups if possible!
