No work life balance, no recognition for hard work, lazy leads and coordinators (in my case) who will not take responsibility at all. Managers are worst (in my case). No one cares about employee. Never ending confusion among teams. Leads are dominating and have no idea what's going on. HR is only good for organizing internal mindless events. Ask them for salary, compensation or even leave and they will go mute for months. You need to be one of these to feel at home - Gujarati, shareholder, female or german. Rest all are slaves.
