      Fun products, fun people centrally located in Naperville, up and coming company. Especially good if you have a new baby

      Cons

      Micromanagement, moodiness and complete unpredictability of the owner and managers. Owner and several staff work only 20 hours a week

      Itzy Ritzy opened a lot of doors for me that wouldn’t have been possible without gaining the experience and knowledge here. There’s a lot of room to grow.

      Cons

      The challenges with a growing company and trying to navigate through big changes. The pay was also not that good.
