Pros

The people you work with are great. Give a young man an opportunity to succeed and the facility was such a beautiful lot and a lot of opportunity and can be rewarding

Cons

55 Hours a Week, how they handle Split Deals, no Hourly plus Commission, finance will take money off the front put on back if they can. Favoritism is alive and sometimes try to take back spiffs unless you can prove they said it. Rules don't apply to everyone .. Beware you are with the Sharks prepare to stand on the lot all day long also commission is 22% mini ideals are $150 😔 of course the lies we are convicted to tell people..

Pros

Management is in sync with sales rep's needs and challenges. The pay plan is aggressive and there is a lot of oppurtunity to show yourself as a leader in the company.

Cons

The only downside would be, at times we run out of inventory before we can make it to the auction!!

Pros

Active environment with driven team to assist in sales process. Hardworking finance department, that seems to make deals happen out of thin air. Professional attire required.

Cons

High employee and manager turn around. Unstable upper management with constant changes to pay plans and management personnel. Service department has no consistent leadership. No loyalty to employees what so ever.
