      Cons

      Bureaucracy is one of the biggest hurdles which one comes across while being in ING. The communication line gets blurred.

      Pros

      Good introductory exposure to hedge funds and alternative investments. Great balance of work and personal life. Long Island life style. Fully stocked kitchen and company events. Some of the best people that I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Get's you used to a Long Island life style which does not prepare you well for NYC hours and stress. Salary is not commensurate with industry but is balance by better quality of life.
