      Pros

      I have been with the company for a little over 3 months now, and everyone is extremely helpful and it is a definitely a great company to work for. With new IT initiatives and advancement in their management, the company's culture is really working towards thriving for greater success, this is probably the best time to join in.

      Cons

      The only negative that I can think of is the location, but even then, the drive is totally worth it.

      Pros

      Coworkers were nice and the workplace was quiet.

      Cons

      Pay is never what is advertised, Benefits are okay at best. Unrealistic deadlines and expectations from employees, Leadership does not understand what and how to communicate needs to employees and instead blames them for their failures and miscommunication. Multiple times I had circled back. There is not growth as an employee with in this company.
