Good industry wrong company - SR Production Manager J Group Robotics Employee Review

There's nothing good in this company.

1) Your work is not at all appreciated. 2) They will hire but not pay the salary. 3) They will brag about their machines but all are imported from China and just renamed. 4) They will give the employees an unknown reason to suspend you & not give you salary as they will make you sign the letter by confusing you. 5) Work hours are not fixed, they tend to extend it without giving the overtime payment. 6) Hopeless and hollow management. 7) Worst HR know nothing of their duties and well being of the company. 8) The management doesn't interact with the problems or issues.

The Company has great potential to grow in future with fantastic team and ambiance with friendly colleagues with highly professional when comes to business. Has amazingly product knowledge and transparent throughout every face and always ready to help to client as customer satisfaction is the first priority here.

Its not every time true regarding,every coin has two sides . I learned from here. happy to work here.
