Staff are quite enjoyable to work with. Duties are typical of a receptionist, answering and screening phone calls, office supply management, flight and hotel booking for traveling salesmen etc. Suggestions and improvement ideas are welcome.

Management can feel the need to be in control. They need to allow for some autonomy.
