Being an employee in the Bookkeeper, Payroll Manager roll for 16 years, this month, I love working at J4 Systems. Being with a great group of T.E.A.M players who kick butt at what they do makes it a great place to work. I interviewed from an ad in the paper in Jan of 2000- and was hired in February of Y2K. I hope to be retiring in 2 years and can't think of a better company to do that from. The Managerial Staff is amazing and the Owners are awesome. I love the open door policy here, and if you have any questions or concerns- you can always talk to someone!
Cons
not being more involved in what the Company offers it's clients, as far as up and coming criteria and growth. Everything affects accounting- and sometimes it's hard to be involved if you can't see what's coming.
