Easy, 2 weeks vacation, your sick time can build up. It's easy to find ways to improve each department. Have kids and need to take off work- it's easy. Depending on job, you can work from home.
Cons
Management doesn't care about employees, poor money management, hr is always messing up pay and time, depending on who you are and who you know will tell what your pay is. Those who know upper management get good pay and treated well.
