Pros
Pretty laid back company. Decent benefits and a bonus twice a year.
Cons
Does not "promote within" as advertised. I was once commended for my efficiency then that same manager started back-peddling his statements. I was dismissed over a miscommunication over an email. Company culture isn't the best I've seen.
