I was staffed by this agency for years at a major corporation. They take profit off of staffing long term contract W-2 workers for large corporations who do not want to commit to staffing their own employees. They will not encourage the company to hire you or give you a raise. They will keep you on for as long as you stay put. They will coerce you into accepting 0 pay raises, 0 promotions, and 0 benefits due to poor market.
