Where do I start?! I absolutely love it here. I feel supported, listened to, valued and rewarded for my efforts and care. Everyone runs their own desk so you have the opportunity to drive your business the way you want, be it by growing a division of the company, business development, growing a team under you or managing clients. They find a growth trajectory that works for you, which is so unique and why there is little turn in senior level management. Recruiting for an agency is hard work and our owners know it so they find ways to reward their talent be it through Summer Fridays, incentives or a flexible schedule. If you love sales, fashion and have a passion for others and where they want to take their career, this will be a fit. You also MUST have a sense of humor...mandatory. I wouldn't trade this place for the world!
Cons
This place is not for the faint of heart. :) You have to be sales-minded and thick-skinned to succeed here. If you're looking for a "job" to clock in and clock out to, don't waste your time because our leaders look for people who pour their heart and soul into the company like they have. You also have to be adaptable to a lot of different strong personalities.
