Pros
This place truly allows you to create your own destiny. At the end of the day, a recruiting agency is a sales environment and all about deliverables. If you work hard and produce, there is nothing you can't do here. If you put in the time and care, you have no limitations, you can be as successful as you want.
Cons
In any sales environment it can sometimes feel competitive but that's the nature of the business. Not everyone succeeds and sometimes it's not for lack of trying, it just doesn't work out. You need to be driven and have a thick skin and know that you might put in the care and hard work but things still may not work out for you.
