      Weekly meetings and ongoing education help keep agents informed and motivated.

      Cons

      Because real estate agents are independent contractors, no one “forces” you to work. You have to be highly self-motivated and disciplined to generate income. This can be tough for some agents starting out or who prefer more structured expectations or accountability.
