      I wish I had some

      The owner, CEO and whatever other acronym she is calling herself these days Never shares company performance. She is doing the books last minute and doesn't have a clue of how to run a business. She would be a great business developer, shouldn't be an owner. Awful vacation policy.

      Pros

      When hard decisions need to be made, Julie makes them; taking all scenarios into account. Her door is ALWAYS open and she encourages the team to share their ideas or concerns. Julie trusts us and provides the autonomy to do our jobs, yet she is always there to offer advice or bounce ideas off of.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything, The only thing I will say is that she never stops working - she can only do so many things at one time.
