Toxic,stressful and unprofessional work environment. The work culture here is 24/7 and 365 days because the work never gets finished since the management doesnt want to hire more employees. There are hardly a handful of employees in the office since they prefer to outsource the work to other countries for cost cutting purposes there by compromising the quality of work. So called management are a bunch of puppets with zero knowledge about the subject, that can't think of themselves, the only thing they specialise is micromanage the employees .
Unrealistic schedule coupled with insane work hours due to lack of employees. Absolutely no work life balance. Could not think of a worse job or place to work.
