This is the type of employer you hope for when it comes to compensation, time, responsibilities, and leadership in my experience.

Not me, I know some other properties have had difficulty with some micromanagement of the onsite team. Common for the industry if your RPM is high strung.

Great People, Nice Holiday parties, Great amount of days off throughout the year. Very Goal oriented company.

Workload too much for one person, salary does not comensurate with workload. Opportunity for growth is limited.
