Pros
I liked the JCP in VA better. They treated me fairly. I didn't just make minimum wage. I was respected by the other employees and managers. I loved working there!
Cons
The JCP in IL was difficult to work at. I had a hard time with management. The employees acted snotty. I had to relearn everything I was taught because the 2 places ran differently. I got pregnant and had morning sickness and the flu at the same time and the one in IL couldn't understand why I couldn't be at work so they put me on a leave of absence. When I did go back, I couldn't work in the same area again and my hours went from 25 to 10 a week! That is just unfair!
