Pros

I worked for JCS since 2016. Company was very family oriented. Allowed you to make decisions for the better of the contract I worked with. One of their objectives was to be Customer Service friendly. Under the contracts I worked with allowed me to meet and interact with so many people. My background is in Customer Service. It allowed me to share my skillset with other co-workers. There were a few bumps in the road when this contract was started. We worked closer with Management of the contract to get a better understanding of their needs.

Cons

Newer Management be a little more transparent in decision making.

Pros

I continue developing technical skills while working with professionals who are willing to share knowledge and practical advice. Useful conversations with experienced staff. Opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Good tech stack and regular training also make sure that my skills stay current.

Cons

When staffing levels are lower than needed, response times can become more difficult to maintain.

Pros

The work is challenging but in a good way because it helps me develop new skills and deepen my knowledge. The team is fantastic – very competent, friendly, and helpful. I also like that management offers timely support. What’s more, the job comes with a competitive compensation package.

Cons

High level of responsibility, so you should be prepared to work hard
