      They offer opportunities to work with great companies

      Cons

      No PTO nor Holiday Pay No 401K Match (unless you make over $130,000/year which is difficult even with a high hourly wage because they do not pay you for Holidays not vacation & overtime has to be approved) No Short Term Disability Insurance No Annual Reviews (for raises)

      Pros

      Regular communications regarding current contract opportunity as well as on going opportunities. JDC maintains contact years after contracts end to keep dialog flowing to see if there is an open win/win opportunity. Good benefits if W2

      Cons

      For me, it is that JDC has moved toward being a more technical/programmer focused business model and I'm a Program Manager.

      Pros

      Good people but it is a body shop. 100% remote if clients don't require you to be onsite.

      Cons

      Just a body shop that focuses on placing consultants and try to get the highest possible rate. Not like a Deloitte.
