      Pros

      Good over time on occasions.

      Cons

      No structure in upper management. Upper management lacks proper knowledge of the mechanical/hvac trade to produce adequate results. Pay is not the best. And the office staff is an absolute joke.

      Pros

      Good Schedules, teamwork, and always had jobs. The upper management seemed to care about employees. Company helped employees with resources to attend work.

      Cons

      Company didn't supply sufficient safety tools. They don't offer benefits nor do they make it easy to advance in the company.
