Such a frat atmosphere. If you thrive in that, then this is your place. It was too over the top for me. I was told there was a ‘favorites list’ that a manager kept and it hindered growth. Very hard to get open and honest answers from management regarding that growth and personal goals. No communication from the trainers on the new teams, poor execution on those rollouts. Also, please keep the racist and homophobic comments out of the meetings. I’ve only heard them directly from upper management and it’s very disheartening.
